Our Story
Born from
the Workshop Floor
POSH began in a small workshop in the English Cotswolds in 2010. Thomas Avery, a third-generation cabinetmaker, grew tired of watching traditional joinery skills disappear in the wake of mass production. So he set out to prove that true luxury and true craft were not mutually exclusive.
Today, every POSH piece is still assembled by hand in our expanded Cotswolds atelier — now home to eighteen master craftspeople who share Thomas's obsession with precision, material integrity, and the quiet beauty of things made to last.
